Silk Spotter

Rx P.O.G. is for dry-side stains (paint, Lipstick, nail polish, oil, etc.) Use Rx full strength on spotting board.
Rx does not contain perc.

FastPR is a volatile (fast evaporating) dry-side spotter to remove grease stains from garments without having  to re-clean. It's excellent for feathering out rings. It is also used to flush out residual P.O.G. spotters

Cinch is a very safe non-oily dry-side P.O.G. and general purpose spot remover. It can easily be rinsed with water or solvent. Cinch contains no perc and has no bad odor.

Silk Spotter (Formula 9) is a dry-side silk & rayon spotter and a superior leveling agent. It's sage & versatile... contains no perc. It removes difficult water spots, hem marks, etc.

Ink-Out Pro-Te-Cal Tan-E-Cal Zuds

Ink-Out is a thick n' quick dry-side colorless gel especially effective on inks make-up, lipstick, paint, shoe polish, nail polish, etc.

Pro-Te-Cal is an alkaline wet-side protein (animal origin) stain remover for blood, food stains, milk, meat juices, perspiration, bodily fluids, etc.

Tan-E-Cal is an acidic wet-side tannin (yellow.... vegetable origin) stain remover. Removes such stains as coffee, tea, sodas, fruit juiced, grass, etc.

Zuds is a wet-side neutral lubricant & concentrated detergent. It's used on fugitive dyes, some inks, perspiration and is used in combination with wet-side spotters to enhance stain removal.

To Spot by Color 1 EXAMINE SPOT to determine type of stain. Remember  the stain belongs to the customer  know when to stop! TEST COLOR FASTNESS. If in doubt test on inside seam, press with a clean cloth to see if color is affected. 2 CHECK CHART to find spot. READ GENERAL DIRECTIONS before trying to remove spot. 3 SPOT BY COLOR (colors on spotting bottles) following the procedure below. BE SURE TO READ DIRECTIONS under each color.

3. Apply more.. repeat step 2.. If necessary, use a rust remover..  Flush well

Paint -Oil -Grease Stains

Oil and Water Based. Enamel, Varnish, Shellac - Ink - Make Up - Crayon - Chewing Gum - Oxidized Oil Stains.

1. Apply Rx... Allow to soak into stain... Tamp or flex between fingers. 2. Apply More Rx... Combine Soaking and flexing. 3. When spot is loosened. Flush with Fast PR... Repeat steps 1.2.3 and Dry Fabric. 4. If any color remains, apply Tan-E-Cal... Tamp... Flush. 5. For Last traces, wet fabric with steam or water... Apply Pro-Te-Cal... Tamp... Flush
Ink-Dye Stains

Washable Inks - Ball Point Ink - Marking Pen - Indelible Ink - Crayon...

1. Apply Rx... Allow to soak into stain... Tamp or flex between fingers. 2. Apply Ink-Out... Allow to soak... Flush... Repeat until no bleeding occurs. 3. Flush with Fast PR... Dry. 4. Flush with steam or water... Apply Zuds...Tamp... Flush. Repeat until bleeding stops. 5. Apply Tan-E-Cal... Tamp... Flush... Dry. Repeat steps 1-5 if necessary.

Cosmetics Stains
Lipstick - Nail Polish - Blush - Makeup - Mascara

Lipstick appears as a smudge. Nail polish is stiff and, because of its fast drying properties, may remove the color from some fabrics.

1. Apply Rx... Allow to soak into stain... Pick up dye with white towel... continue until no bleeding. 2. Apply Ink Out... Allow to soak into stain... Pick up dye with white towel... continue until no bleeding. 3. Flush with Fast PR... Dry fabric or re-run. 4. Apply Tan-E-Cal... Tamp... Flush with water. 5. For last traces, flush with steam or water... Apply Pro-Te-Cal... Tamp... Flush.. Dry.
Miscellaneous Stains
Ketchup - Shoe Polish - Mustard - Grass Stains - Mercurochrome ..
These stains respond to wet-side agents. All contain dyes which are very difficult to remove from any fabric. Be satisfied to lighten these stains if not completely removed.

1. Apply Rx... Allow to soak into stain... Tamp... Flush 2. Flush with Fast PR... Repeat step 1 & 2until no further change.. Dry 3. Flush area with steam or water... Apply Zuds... Tamp.... Flush. 4. Apply Tan-E-Cal Tamp... Flush with water. 5. Apply Zuds... Tamp... Flush. 6. Apply Pro-Te-Cal Tamp... Flush... Dry.

Silks & Rayon
use
Silk Spotter
(Formula 9)

Silk & Rayon Spotter....Wet-Side Stain: Mix 1 part with 4 parts water. Mist      entire area with mixture. Dry Completely. Dry Clean.
Leveling Agent...............
Mix 1 Part Fast PR. Before applying, remove all moisture. Apply mixture. Dry Clean.
Slop Spotter....................
Mix 2 parts with 1 part water + 1 part Fast PR. Apply to heavy soils. DO NOT APPLY TO SILKS.
Water Spots on Rayon..
Mix 6 ounces with 6 ounces Fast PR 1 1 ounce water. Lightly mist area with mixture. Do not dry. Dry Clean.

Cal-Off

Wet-side.. Detergent Booster ( add 2-4 ounces in addition to regular detergent in the wash wheel ). Collar & Cuff Stain Remover ( use as is on the soil. Brush lightly.  Wash ). Liquid Laundry Detergent (4-6 ounces/100 lb. Load ). Laundry Pre-Spray ( use as is on the soiled area ).

Caled Spray Spotter

Spray Spotter for spray tank use. 1 part with 4 parts water Spray over soiled area. Let dry. Dry clean.

Mr. Signal II
( Spray Spotter )

Mr. Signal: use 1 part Mr. Signal with 4 parts water. For a 2:1 Formula... 2 parts Mr. Signal plus 1 part Fast PR. For hand Brushing 1 part Mr. Signal II + 2 parts water.
